*Note that payment must be complete before the ending day of the Early Bird registration period, this period will not be extended.
**Students can be undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate (limited to 6 months after finishing the program of study), and with an age limit of 30. To be eligible for the student fee, participants are required to give a student ID number and date of birth upon registration. The organizers will ask to produce documentary evidence of their status, this can be a copy of the student ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation before 15 September 2026: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded – 50€ to compensate for administration and transaction costs
- Cancellation between 16 September 2026 and 15 December 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded – 50€ tcompensate for administration and transaction costs
- For cancellations after 16 December 2026 there will be no refunds
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, such as pandemics, epidemics and/or quarantine measurements, the conference or the the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference, is altered or cancelled, registration fees will NOT be refundended and Viaverda shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by conference registration such as airfare or hotel, or any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvienience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation
